The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding as well as nursery and seeds, as well as in the field of hunting and meadow-agricultural management to be carried out in the Zamrzenica Forest District in the years 2024-2025.

The estimated total net value of the contract includes 30% of the options and the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, with a value of 100% of the basic contract with the option. The value of the individual parts is the net value of the base order without options.

Provision of services related to forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, preparation of wood for sunbathing the office and cleaning of the surface after felling cuts from post-felling residues using a shredder in the Bukowiec and Branica forests, as well as care works in post-disaster areas in the Klonia forestry.

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 100% of the value of this contract.

the provision of forest management services, including conservation work against forest game within the Wierzchlas forest;

provision of forest management services, including works in the field of machine and partly manual harvesting and harvesting of wood on log areas along with the removal of undergrowth (outside the breeding period) in the Zamrzenica Forest District.

provision of services in the field of meadow, agricultural and hunting management managed by the Zamrzenica Forest District, which are part of the hunting district No. 29, used for the needs of district No. 29 and on land leased by the Forest District for the needs of hunting economy;

the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 100% of the value of this contract.

the provision of forest management services, including work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, preparation of timber for the tanning of the firm and cleaning of the surface after hand cuts from postmortem residues using shredder in the territory of the forestry of Bruchniewo and Brzozowo, as well as the care work in the outlying areas of the Klonia forestry;

the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 100% of the value of this contract.
