The contract has as its object the "Supply and installation of smart tools in the network or in aqueduct systems and pressure reducers for the management of pressures in the network" - PNRR - PROJECT M2C4-I4.2_179.

CAFC S.p.A. performs the functions of Contracting Authority in the name and on behalf of the network of companies without legal entity called SMART WATER MANAGEMENT FVG, established among the SII Managers of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia as follows: AcegasApsAmga S.p.A., CAFC S.p.A., Acquedotto Poiana S.p.A., Irisacqua s.r.l., HydroGea S.p.A., Livenza Tagliamento Acque S.p.A. and Acquedotto del Carso S.p.A.

The procedure is divided into 7 lots. Each competitor must submit a bid for all lots, with the possibility of awarding all lots.

At the end of the award, separate framework agreements will be stipulated for each lot with the network operators of the IIS.
