The subject of the contract is: supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the operation of buildings, premises, utilities, municipal devices and to supply street lighting in the municipality of Lubaczów in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020.

The subject of the contract is: the supply of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the operation of buildings, premises, utilities, municipal devices and to supply street lighting in the municipality of Lubaczów in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 Detailed data on the power supply systems and the forecasted active energy consumption in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 are contained in Annex 2 to the ToR.

2. The sale of electricity and ensuring the provision of distribution services to the Lubaczów municipality will take place under the terms of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended). as amended) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93, item 623) .

3. Determination of the predicted energy consumption was determined on the basis of predictable annual consumption, based on consumption for the period immediately preceding the initiation of these proceedings and consumption for the period for the previous year - constituting the basis for determining the subject of the contract and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Employer to purchase energy strictly the amounts given. The settlement of sales will be based on the actual energy consumption according to the Contractor's prices from the tender.
