1. The subject of the order is:

(a) the development and submission to the Ordering Authority of the complete design documentation for the task “Development of design documentation for the decommissioning of outflows on the gas pipeline DN 500 Rembelszczyzna — Glowina II m. Morgi”;

(b) obtaining and communicating the final decision of the construction permit necessary for the execution of the construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation or the notification of construction works to the competent authority of the architectural and construction administration and obtaining a certificate of absence objection in the event of notification of construction works and forwarding it to the Contracting Authority;

(c) supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of developed design documentation (basic order). The Contractor shall be obliged to no more than 4 (words: four) stays resulting from the calls of the Contracting Authority within the basic period of the authorship supervision referred to in § 2 (2) (c) of the Agreement.

(d) supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the developed design documentation within an extended period (the right of option). The Contractor shall be obliged to no more than 2 (verbally: two) stays within the period of extended supervision referred to in § 2 (2) (d) of the contract. The right of option is the power of the Ordering Party, which he can, but does not have to exercise in the implementation of the contract. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the right of option, the Contractors shall not have any claim in this respect.
