Europe-wide awarding of planning and construction services for the new construction of a parking deck in Plochingen
The administrative district of Esslingen intends to create additional jobs for employees at the site of the former Plochingen hospital by constructing a new building in addition to the renovation and refurbishment measures already underway in the former hospital building. An office complex with a capacity for 225 employees is planned. For employees and visitors, a parking deck with 180 parking spaces on 3 levels is to be built on a section of the existing parking lot. According to initial estimates, the district is currently assuming an investment volume of approx. EUR 2.3 million gross without DIN 276 cost group (KG) 700 | Construction costs.
The structural services to be provided in connection with this measure include the construction of a parking garage and the construction of electric charging stations. The services to be provided must all be carried out in close coordination with the renovation and refurbishment measures already underway in the former hospital building and the demolition of the former personnel dormitory (PWG) and the new office building. There are several structural / technical interfaces that must be comprehensively taken into account and coordinated within the framework of planning and execution.
Under the given conditions, the bidding process will be used to find the most acceptable solution, ie the best economic, technical, functional and creative solution for the quickest possible implementation of the parking facility. The bidder must offer the client to plan the new construction of the parking deck according to the functional requirements of the client and to build it turnkey. The use of a prefabricated system in the system / prefabricated construction to accelerate the construction period is expressly desired.
