Project management services according to AHO 2014, performance profile project control, level 3, level 4 and level 5, based on §2 AHO 2014, No. 9 with basic and special services.

With this tender, the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), AöR intends to award project management services, project control services, for a new tram construction project. This is the special financed project ordered by the Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection (SenUVK) of the State of Berlin

"Turmstrasse I":

From Berlin Central Station to the Turmstrasse underground station in the Mitte district of Berlin.

The subject of this tender are services in connection with the new tram construction project Turmstrasse I.

The areas affected by the construction measure are located in Berlin, in the Mitte and Moabit districts. As part of the new construction measure, the new Turmstrasse line is to be extended from Berlin Central Station to Turmstrasse underground station. The length of the line is around 2.2 km of double track.

The eastern end of the building is at the junction Invalidenstraße / Clara-Jaschke-Straße. There, the new Invalidenstrasse line connects to the existing ATD track in the direction of Berlin-Mitte. In Invalidenstraße there is already an ATD track in the northern lane, which leads to the existing sweeping system in Emma-Herwegh-Straße. From the junction Invalidenstraße / Alt-Moabit, the new double-track line continues to Rathenower Straße, which follows it to Turmstraße. The tracks are in the middle of Turmstrasse. Immediately behind Thusnelda-Allee, a double-track installation / sweeping system will be installed.

The subject of this tender ("contractual service") and thus the obligation of the contractor to be commissioned are project management and project control services i. S. d. AHO.

The order is called up in 2 order levels. The client calls up the first order stage with the conclusion of the contract, the second takes place after the planning approval decision has been made and after the audited building planning documents have been submitted.

Order level 1:

- Execution preparation in terms of the scope of project management AHO.

Order level 2:

- Option: Execution in the sense of the AHO project management service profile,

- Option: project completion in terms of the scope of project management AHO,

- and special services.

The project costs for the new line are EUR 24,500,000.00 net.
