The goal of this tender is to enter into an umbrella agreement with party for the term of 2 years, Vattenfall has the option to prolong the agreement up to 2 times, each for a period of 1 year.
This tender concerns providing the operational maintenance for the Balance of Plant (BOP) components for Vattenfall's existing assets across Europe from 1.1.2020 for a period of 24 months. The Employer is Vattenfall being the Owner and Operator of Wind Turbine Generators Offshore in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. The portfolio consists of multiple wind turbine generator platforms.

This tender consists of 2 phases, namely:
1) The pre-qualification phase: The participating parties in the pre-qualification phase of this tender are referred to in this document as “participants”. In this phase all participants are assessed based on the information they provided (the ”application”) to establish whether they meet the minimum requirements and the employer’s requirements. Where necessary, the participants will be ranked in order of merit;
2) The second phase is the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) phase: the selected participants will be invited to submit a tender. After internal evaluation of the Tenders a short list will be made. The shortlisted tenderers may be invited for negotiations prior to contract award.
Applicants can apply for selection for one or for both lots by indicating their interest in the questionnaire.
In this selection phase a maximum of 5 candidates for each lot will be selected and invited to submit a tender.
