1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking timber, nursery, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the Lubaczów Forest District in the year 2022.

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, nursery, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ,

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Forest management services including forest farming, forest protection and protection, tree-keeping, tourist development, maintenance of forest facilities and other forest management work. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging, nursery, tourism development and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No 3.1. — size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No 3.2. — sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; Annex No 3.3. — statement of timber breakage distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4. — summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies; The kind ranges collated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
