Andra AP-fonden (AP2) and Tredje AP-fonden (AP3) are reviewing their arrangements for global custody and related services. Global custody will include settlement and safekeeping/custody of securities plus asset servicing and taxation support. The related services will include CLS-facilities and may also include other services such as collateral management, fund valuation, securities lending and support for private equity. AP2 and AP3 are each looking to appoint one global custodian to handle the custody and related services through proprietary or subcustodian network. AP2 and AP3 are looking for an applicant that can offer requested services with a high degree of straight through processing, high service quality, a great degree of flexibility/creativity in response to new solutions and a competitive pricing.
