To prepare a technical project for the construction of a new building in Šventoji eldership at Šventoji str. 14, Palanga, and to demolish existing structures and to carry out project supervision

The following project components specified in Annex 8 to the Construction Technical Regulation STR 1.04.04:2017 "Building design, design examination" are being prepared:

1. general;

2. arrangement of the plot (plot plan);

3. architectural;

4. structures;

5. water supply and sewage disposal outdoor networks;

6. internal networks for water supply and sewage disposal;

7. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning;

8. Electrotechnical outdoor networks;

9. Electrotechnical internal networks;

10. electronic communications (telecommunications);

11. Security alarm;

12. fire detection and alarm;

13. preparation for construction and organization of construction work

14. the determination of the calculation price for construction;

15. other parts for the implementation of the builder's idea.
