The municipal buildings in Trondheimsveien 387 currently consist of 2 blocks and 1 middle building. 1 tower block with 9 floors and a basement, 1 low block with 2 floors and a basement with a lower middle building of 1 floor and a basement that connects the blocks together.
The existing low block and middle building shall be demolished and a new low block and middle building shall be established. These shall be constructed with the passive house standard. The location of the new buildings is mostly on the same site-mas the existing buildings that are to be demolished, but they will have a slightly bigger footprint. The new low block shall have 36 residential units, whilst the middle building will have communal functions. The tower block shall be upgraded to a modern standard and it shall, amongst other things, be insulated and get a new facade cover. A total of 55 residential units shall be established in the tower block, in addition to offices and business premises on the ground floor. The building's total gross area is 10 589 m².
The project will be carried out with lived-in residences in all phases.
The new building shall comply with the Norwegian State Housing Bank's requirements for sheltered accommodation flats, as well as Oslo municipality's requirements for Care+, through the Joint requirement specifications for Oslo municipality.
See the service description/requirement specifications for further description of the project.
