The content of the framework contract tendering process is the design and expert tasks of the various design phases related to track maintenance. The content of the procurement is divided into eight (8) sub-tasks:

Sub-task 3 Track maintenance skill structure design and expert tasks

Sub-task 4, Track maintenance safety equipment design and expert tasks

Sub-task 5, Design and expert tasks for track maintenance electrical railway systems

Sub-task 6, Track maintenance strong current design and expert tasks

Sub-task 7, Expert tasks in track management project evaluation

The acquisition concerns a total of 5-year framework contracts (3 v framework contract, which can be extended with a 2-year option).

The task includes planning and expert tasks for the various design phases related to track maintenance, such as track and road design, noise and vibration surveys, environmental studies and expert studies on the use of the network, such as tasks related to passenger information (excluding construction, design, control, traffic pre-studies and functional reviews, geodesign and skill structure design).

The task includes design and expert tasks for ground, bottom and rock structures and geotechnical systems for track maintenance, such as: the different design phases of geoengineering design and related expert studies.

The task includes design and expert tasks for track maintenance skill structures, such as the different design phases of the design of bridges and other skill structures, as well as related expert studies.

The task includes design and expert tasks for track-keeping restraint systems and related ancillary systems, such as the different design phases of safety equipment, traffic control systems and expert reports, including commissioning inspection tasks for security equipment.

The task includes strong current design and expert tasks for track maintenance, such as gear heating, lighting and building design, as well as expert studies.

The task includes design and expert tasks for electric railway systems and related ancillary systems, such as the different design phases of the overhead line, the remote operation of the electric railway and the switch stations, as well as expert studies.

The task includes expert tasks in track maintenance related to track maintenance, as well as carrying out traffic preliminary studies and functional reviews, to be drawn up at different planning stages.
