In connection with its task completion, the respective client requires external

SAP Application Development

BITMARCK uses the SAP development and runtime environment to create its own solutions in the programming language ABAP and ABAP OO. As part of the maintenance and further development of the existing, own SAP solutions and the development of new SAP-based solutions, consulting services in SAP software development are required.

- Creation of concepts for data exchange solutions based on SAP technology

- Creation of concepts for harmonization, standardization or refactoring of existing data exchange solutions based on SAP technology

- Support in software development within the framework of requirements analysis, development of solution alternatives and cost estimates

- Creation of detailed technical concepts (data model, class model, schedule, status diagram, etc.) with the application ARIS UML Designer

- Analysis of existing SAP solutions with regard to optimization potentials

- Independent programming of BITMARCK's own bitClear solution in SAP with ABAP, ABAP OO and XML within the scope of maintenance and care as well as new development according to the client's specifications and in compliance with the programming guidelines of the client. Triggers can be adaptations to new technical systems, creation of new data exchange procedures or the expansion of existing or development of new functionalities.

- Documentation of processes, selection interfaces, control parameters, logical directories within the scope of the technical description and in preparation for the user manual

- Independent creation of BITMARCK's own bitClear forms with SAP script and smart forms.

In this lot, annual individual contracts (these are awarded within the framework of individual implementation competitions with the awarded framework contract partners) of a total of 1150 days' work (so-called estimated quantity) is assumed. For the maximum term (up to 4 years including extension options) of the framework agreement, this results in an estimated order volume of up to 4600 days. The maximum order volume (maximum quantity) is estimated at 6900 Tagewerke (= 150% of the estimated quantity) in relation to the maximum term of 4 years. BITMARCK is not obliged to accept.

In order to be able to tender for this lot in the context of the invitation to tender for the conclusion of the framework agreement, the tenderer must be able to perform at least 440 days' work per year.

Defectmanager

As part of a project for the migration of data from a core system to the GKV standard software BITMARCK 21c|ng BITMARCK 21c|ng, the client requires support for the conception and implementation of defect and error management.

The consulting and support services include the following tasks:

- Definition of the error process

- Reporting on errors

- Moderation of defect meetings with the specialist departments of BITMARCK customers

- Housekeeping of the bug tracking system

- Consulting of the sub-project management test with regard to the error situation (evaluation / classification / trends)

- Control defect management and error tracking

- Ticket routing (error vs. change, prioritization, error assignment)

In this lot, annual individual contracts (these are awarded within the framework of individual implementation competitions with the awarded framework contractors) of a total of 208 days' work per year (so-called estimated quantity) is assumed. For the maximum term of the framework agreement (up to 4 years including extension options), this results in an estimated order volume of up to 832 days' work. The maximum order volume (maximum quantity) is estimated at 1248 Tagewerke (= 150% of the estimated quantity) in relation to the maximum term of 4 years. BITMARCK is not obliged to accept.

IT project management

BITMARCK carries out IT projects in a wide variety of forms.

These projects can be located directly within the company for the development of new requirements for BITMARCK's products. In addition, BITMARCK accompanies or is responsible, for example, for customer projects in which the aforementioned products or third-party IT products are introduced to customers and subsequently applied. Customer-specific characteristics of the use of our products play a corresponding role and lead to the individualization of such customer projects. It is crucial that the projects ensure the benefits of the products for the customer and achieve an increase in the efficiency of workflows and work results.

The following support services are required to ensure IT project management at customers or for other BITMARCK internal projects. Which of the services are particularly necessary varies from project to project and is decided together with the customer, the project management office and the head of project management. The required support services in the field of IT project management include in particular:

Data Science Consulting

In the Data Science business unit, various data-based and data-driven solutions are developed and operated. The overarching goal is to enable data-driven statutory health insurance. Organized in various clusters, the development and operation of data warehouses as well as the BITMARCK Data.Science.Factory as a project platform and other clusters responsible for product development and operation are within the business area.

A central component is the continuous development, adaptation and implementation of an overarching data strategy or data science strategy for the BITMARCK Group, which develops and specifies top-down framework conditions as well as enables bottom-up-integrative realignment within BITMARCK. The development of this overarching strategic approach has been consistently pursued since the end of 2020. Building on this status, the further development and implementation of the strategy is to be continued. The BITMARCK Group needs support services here.

The consulting services include in particular the following tasks:

- Further development of the data vision of the BITMARCK Group

- Support of the implementation and further development of the already designed use case roadmap process (professional, technical, procedural)

- Conception of a sustainable target image for data management geared to data science use cases and derivation and prioritization of concrete measures to achieve goals. This explicitly includes aspects of data availability and quality. For an evaluation of different options for action, the focus is explicitly on the existing technical infrastructure and architecture (e.g. related to existing data warehouses): How must data provision for data science projects and services be organized and how does this fit ideally into the existing system and solution landscape?

- Advising on the strategic and operational embedding of the development of synthetic data sets in the company and their application scenarios in data science projects, software development and software/system tests. Incl. development of a synthetic data roadmap and its integration with the data science use case roadmap.

- Support in the implementation of an MLOps workflow (best practices) and align the operationalization and operation of ML components with the use case roadmap.

- Coaching and development of the BITMARCK ML Solution Architect in his role.

- Strategic consulting on the completion of the development of the data science value chain with a focus on the professionalization of the newly created Service Deployment Cluster including definition of a handover for line operation as well as coaching of the cluster manager in his role.

- Development or further deepening of concepts and measures to ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance-driven requirements in the development of data science solutions (explainability of ML components, positioning with regard to ethical and moral issues in the field of AI use, establishment of guidelines according to the EU Commission for trustworthy AI).

- Description and derivation of measures for the development of data culture at BITMARCK and health insurance companies.

- Support in the further development of the service offering and the business model of Data.Science.Factory

In this lot, annual individual contracts (these are awarded within the framework of individual implementation competitions with the awarded framework contract partners) of a total of 330 days' work (so-called estimated quantity) is assumed. For the maximum term (up to 4 years including extension options) of the framework agreement, this results in an estimated order volume of up to 1320 days' work. The maximum order volume (maximum quantity) is estimated at 1980 Tagewerke (= 150% of the estimated quantity) in relation to the maximum term of 4 years. BITMARCK is not obliged to accept.

In order to be able to tender for this lot in the context of the invitation to tender for the conclusion of the framework agreement, the tenderer must be able to perform at least 220 days' work per year.

Accordingly, the aforementioned estimated volume is non-binding for the clients. A claim of the future contractors to service call-offs in the specified scope or to call a certain minimum scope (per year) does not exist. The clients expressly reserve the right to call off to a lesser or greater extent (up to a maximum of 150% of the stated estimated quantity).

Projekjtleitung Roll-Out

BITMARCK supports its customers in projects with consulting and services relating to the new industry software BITMARCK_21c|ng. This was developed for statutory health insurance on the basis of new technologies by BITMARCK Software GmbH.

The roll-out department deals with technical and professional consulting, configuration of the new systems, transfer of data and training of users, in particular directly at the customer's site.

BITMARCK customers thus have services available that can support all aspects of the introduction of the new standard software for statutory health insurance.

In addition, projects related to BITMARCK 21c|ng are coordinated and services are offered by BITMARCK and subcontractors who use their products or services with company health insurance funds, guild health insurance funds, DAK and other substitute funds.

The consulting and support services include the following tasks:

- Management of projects at statutory health insurance funds for the introduction of BITMARCK 21c|ng

- Planning and implementation of several parallel projects at statutory health insurance funds for the introduction of BITMARCK 21c|ng

- Coordination and definition of the project organization, project planning between customer and client, including planning and establishment of sub-projects.

- Internal coordination of the project organization, also between different business units of the BITMARCK Group

- Recording and documentation of the actual technical architecture of the customer on the basis of standard templates on the part of the client

- Project deployment planning for the project employees named by the client and coordination of these with the customer and the responsible persons of the client

- Controlling of the work progress and the work results of the individual TP on the basis of standard specifications on the part of the client

- Planning, preparation and implementation of project steering committee (PLA) meetings defined by the client in the form of presentations, minutes of previous meetings, project reports, project controlling, budget controlling

migration

BITMARCK supports its customers in projects with consulting and services relating to the new industry software BITMARCK_21c|ng.

The task of the Migration project is to technically transfer the data of a health insurance company with its own software system into BITMARCK_21c|ng.

The task is also the reactivation and individual extension of the existing migration software. In order to reduce complexity and avoid problems in the productive (further) processing of the migrated data, parts of the processing logic of the BITMARCK_21c|ng must be used in modified form as an input interface in the migration software. This requires extensive knowledge of BITMARCK_21c|ng data and BITMARCK_21c|ng development methods.

Changes to the BITMARCK_21c|ng standard must automatically lead to adjustments to the migration software.

Inventory-specific data constellations of the customer may also lead to change requirements for the migration software, which must be implemented very promptly in order not to jeopardize the planned migration date of the affected cash register. The project team must ensure support for the migration software and provide data correction solutions at short notice in the event of data errors after migration to BITMARCK_21c|ng. These tasks require in-depth knowledge of the data, BITMARCK_21c|ng processing rules, and migration rules.

Since the software consists of a DB-technical receipt of data and the technical adaptation of this data, both knowledge in the DB2 database environment and experience in the development environment of BITMARCK_21c|ng development are required.

- Implementation of the integration of technical requirements into a consistent business model, taking into account the J2EE-based framework used at BITMARCK. Modelling of functional functionality.

- Implementation of the business logic with the help of the J2EE based framework used at BITMARCK. For the existing MDA approach at BITMARCK, code generation and implementations in user sections are expected.

- Cross-team communication for professional and technical coordination.

- Creation of documentation (inline source code / manuals).

- Definition of test processes and test cases for individual development stages (developer test, unit test), implementation of test specifications for development-related test stages (test automation with JUnit).

Testmanager

- Preparation and execution of the test planning as well as the monitoring of the documentation.

- Coordination and single-point of contact as an interface to specialist departments in test coordination

- Planning, coordination and documentation of test planning and execution

- Monitoring the test status of the areas assigned to it and participation in the subproject committee

- Likewise, the contractor supports the acceptance tests if necessary also on site at the customer's premises. The contractor documents test cases, test activities carried out and errors found. The contractor accompanies and supports the departments in carrying out test measures.
