This contract is for the supply and delivery (as detailed herewith, and in subsequent invitation to tender documentation) of:

(i) a range of specified sustainable economic, social, equality and environmental returns, as indicated in the tender documentation and pursuant to the statutory and public obligations of the relevant public authority responsible for providing grant funding, in particular relating to s. 75(1) of the NI ACT 1998.
