Description:
Łomża Shopping Group. Electricity supply in the period from 01.01.2020. until December 31, 2020

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity in the period from 01.01.2020. until December 31, 2020 up to 803 points of collection (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 8,975,62 MWh, of which:

1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the order) - 6,428.13 MWh - a detailed PPE list is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR

2) For road lighting purposes (Part 2 of the contract) - 2,547.49 MWh - detailed PPE list is attached as Appendix 1b to the Terms of Reference

The above-indicated forecasted energy consumption is indicative and may differ from the actual energy consumed during the contract period. Decreasing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually collected energy according to the rates specified in the concluded Agreement.


Supply of electricity to premises and facilities

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for the consumed electricity 295 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is provided by the awarding authority in Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the contract period (+/- 10%) 6,428.13 MWh, of which:

Zone I 3,375,73 MWh

Zone II 1,017.76 MWh

Zone III 2,034.64 MWh

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2020. until 31/12/2020, with the reservation that details regarding delivery times (start and end) for particular collection points are described in Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference column "Delivery period"

5. Current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or will be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned date of commencement of delivery (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the ordering parties (recipients).

6. The measuring systems are adapted to the seller change procedure.

7. Quality standards: The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

The quality standards for electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997. - Energy law and in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007. on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended). The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in trading in electricity are specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019.

8. The following billing periods are customarily used: all tariff groups - 1 (one) month

9. The contractor, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to notify on behalf of its own and ordering (recipients) contracts for the sale of electricity to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations.


Energy supply for road lighting

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for the consumed electricity 508 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is provided by the awarding authority in Appendix No. 1b to the Terms of Reference.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period (+/- 10%) 2,547.49 MWh, of which:

Zone I 1.432,62 MWh

Zone II 1.114.87 MWh

Zone III 0.00 MWh

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2020. until December 31, 2020, with the reservation that the details of delivery times (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Appendix No. 1b in the column "Delivery period".
