The scope of work related to the service includes:

b) maintaining cleanliness and order in zone "I"
c) removal of waste from bins inside and outside the zone
d) maintaining cleanliness of public transport stops and loops within the city within and outside the zone
- By the area classified as a stop is meant a place enabling passengers to enter or leave the bus, i.e. the area around the shed or the stop structure
On the length of 10 meters or on the length of the bus bay.
- By the stop loop is meant a place also intended for stopping and turning back on public transport.

Material scope of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Piotrków Trybunalski covered by a flat-rate remuneration. The following description consists of a detailed scope of obligations and requirements set for the Contractor throughout the duration of the contract.
The contractor during 24-hour monitoring determines the need to use individual equipment. Continuous control of the order and cleanliness of the city performed by the Contractor, in addition to the current ordering, is to monitor whether and when immediate action is necessary as a result of prevailing weather conditions requiring immediate response on the part of the Contractor (e.g. after or during ongoing snowfall, rain, storms, hurricanes, etc.) and the situation in the city (e.g. outdoor events, festivals, concerts, etc.).
If the Contractor does not take the action required by the current conditions in the city (e.g. snow removal, removing slippery on pavements, removing sand, mowing grass and weeds, raking leaves, etc.), the Employer will have the right to request the commencement of these and other activities, e.g. telephone order, fax, e-mail, letter, etc. In addition, the Employer will have the right to determine the date by which the work is to be started and completed.
As part of the services that are the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) removal during the course of works of all kinds of waste outside the road lane or other place indicated by the contracting authority. Waste is the property of the Contractor;
2) securing the work area for the time of performing the service in accordance with the required regulations and covering related costs;
3) 24-hour availability; The Contractor shall indicate in the bid form the person to be on duty 24 hours a day along with the following data (name and surname, address / registered office and telephone number);
4) performing the service in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended); The Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended);
5) Performing services in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
6) The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Employer, at the latest on the day of the conclusion of the contract, a document confirming that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than PLN 2,000,000.00 together with proof of payment of contributions.
The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
