The subject of the contract is the development of the project, execution of installation works, commissioning and carrying out the procedure for incorporating photovoltaic installations on 18 public buildings on the territory of the Commune Przeworsk in the form of design and build.
The overall scope of the whole project, the scope of the planned capacity of the plant is included in the FUNCTIONAL — UTILITY PROGRAMME - annex 5 to the SWZ and the draft contract annex 4 to the SWZ

The overall scope of the entire project, the scope of the planned capacity of the plant is included in the FUNCTIONAL — UTILITY PROGRAMME ANNEX 5 to the SWZ and the draft contract annex 4 to the SWZ and includes:
STAGE I
• execution of the concept of proposed technological solutions together with the simulation of the yield and performance of the entire installation in an annual ratio and presenting it to the Ordering Party for acceptance;
• execution of design documentation together with the opinion of the technical condition of the roof required arrangements, including, inter alia, with the assessor for fire safety;
- within 45 days from the date of signing the contract
Stage II
• delivery to the construction site necessary for the installation of photovoltaic equipment and building materials;
• installation of dedicated support structures under photovoltaic modules adapted to the indicated location of the photovoltaic plant;
• installation of photovoltaic modules on support structures;
• installation of wiring and required security;
• installation and configuration of photovoltaic inverters;
• modifications to existing lightning installations (if necessary, according to PN);
• evaluation of the technical condition of the existing electrical system serving buildings and modification to the extent needed for the safe construction of PV installations;
• the execution of the other accompanying works necessary to accomplish the task;
• conducting tests of the entire installation and carrying out the necessary measurements;
• carrying out the start-up of the photovoltaic installation;
• development of a photovoltaic installation manual for each installation separately;
• development of as-built documentation;
• training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of operation and safety of the photovoltaic plant;
• notification of the connection of microinstallations to the electricity distribution network specific to the premises of the Contracting Authority;
• Delimitation and inventory of works in the case of work carried out on the ground;
• The provision of service and annual installation review during the warranty period.

Technical and construction documentation, together with all necessary arrangements, required provisions of building law should be developed to the extent and degree of accuracy necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract. Before starting construction and assembly work, complete documentation must be submitted to the Contracting Authority for acceptance
