1. The subject of the contract is: "Purchase of equipment necessary for the modernization of the road infrastructure of the Braniewo Poviat".
2. The order was divided into two parts:
a) Part No. 1 - Purchase with delivery to the Ordering Party's yard of a truck - dump trucks pcs. 1.
b) Part No. 2 – Purchase with delivery to the ordering party's yard of backhoe loaders . 1.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 5 to swz.
Purchase with delivery to the yard of the Ordering Party of the truck - dump trucks pcs. 1Additional requirements for Part 1:
1) In the event of refusal to register the vehicle by the communication department justified by this office, the Contractor shall immediately remove the cause of the irregularity or the sales contract will be terminated due to the fault of the Contractor.
2) Warranty:
a) the warranty period is counted from the date of protocol transfer of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party. The supplier will provide a warranty for the entire vehicle for a period of at least 24 months (or 36 months)
b) the vehicle will be serviced by a service authorized by the manufacturer at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
c) during the warranty period, all costs related to mandatory vehicle inspections, i.e. travel to the Ordering Party's headquarters, consumables (oils, filters, lubricants) shall be borne by the Contractor,
d) warranty repairs will be carried out at the place of possible immobilization of the vehicle (ZDP headquarters or the area of the Braniewo Poviat) within a maximum of 10 working days from the telephone notification of the defect,
e) in exceptional situations in which it will not be possible to carry out the repair at the Ordering Party's headquarters, the Contractor shall collect the defective vehicle at its own expense and carry out the repair in a service authorized by the manufacturer.
3) Receipt of delivery:
a) the total cost of delivery of the vehicle to the Ordering Party's headquarters is covered by the Supplier,
b) The Contractor will train in the price of delivery min. two drivers of the Ordering Party in the field of construction and operation of a truck - dump truck at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
c) receipt of the delivery of the truck - tipper will be made by an employee indicated by the Ordering Party,
d) place of delivery: the square of the District Roads Authority in Braniewo, 55 Królewiecka Street.
When defining the requirements for standards, the contracting authority indicates this as a requirement to meet these standards or equivalent – in the scope of each part of the description of the subject of the contract or assortments in which such standards are specified.
Purchase with delivery to the Ordering Party's square backhoe - loader pcs. 1Additional requirements for Part 2:
1) Warranty:
a) the warranty period is counted from the date of protocol transfer of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party. The supplier will provide a warranty for the item for a period of 36 months (up to 2500 operating hours depending on what passes faster) or 48 months (3000 operating hours).
b) backhoe loader service will be carried out by a service authorized by the manufacturer at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
c) during the warranty period, all costs related to mandatory inspections of the backhoe loader, i.e. commuting to the Ordering Party's headquarters, consumables (oils, filters, lubricants) shall be borne by the Supplier,
d) warranty repairs will be carried out at the place of possible immobilization of the machine (ZDP headquarters or the area of the Braniewo Poviat) within a maximum of 10 working days from the telephone notification of the defect,
e) in exceptional situations, in which it will not be possible to carry out the repair at the customer's headquarters, the Supplier shall collect the defective equipment at its own expense and carry out the repair in a service authorized by the manufacturer.
The Contractor bears the costs of repairs, transport in the case of services related to the removal of defects and service related to the warranty.
2) Receipt of delivery:
a) the total cost of delivery (loading, delivery, unloading) of the backhoe loader to the Ordering Party's headquarters shall be borne by the Contractor,
b) the Contractor shall ensure proper protection of the equipment during transport and during loading and unloading,
c) The Contractor will train in the price of delivery min. two operators of the Ordering Party in the scope of construction and operation of the trench at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
d) receipt of the delivery of the backhoe loader will be made by an employee indicated by the Ordering Party,
e) place of delivery: the square of the District Roads Authority in Braniewo, 55 Królewiecka Street.
