1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2025r. up to 106 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 2,895.66 MWh, including:
1) in 2024 - 1 447.83 MWh
2) in 2025 - 1 447.83 MWh
Electricity supply in 20241. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2025r. up to 106 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 2,895.66 MWh, including:
1) in 2024 - 1 447.83 MWh
2) in 2025 - 1 447.83 MWh
2. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 106 pcs.
3. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annexes 1a and 1b to the SWZ.
4. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 1 447.83 MWh; of which:
- to premises and facilities - 246.07 MWh
- for lighting - 1 201,76 MWh
Consumption data is indicative.
5. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
6. As a result of the settlement of the procedure, one contract will be concluded for lot 1 of the contract
7. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

6. As a result of the settlement of the procedure for lot 2 of the contract, one contract will be concluded.
7. Electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or terminate with effect on the date preceding the scheduled date of the start of supply (the “Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting parties (recipients).
