The contracting authority — Sandnes municipality — would like tenders for the provision of services for clearing, scanning and digitalising the property archive, which consists of the municipality's archive for plans, surveying certificates, building applications, surveying and agriculture.

The chosen tenderer shall have total responsibility for the assignment. The tenderer shall also provide all the necessary equipment for the digitalisation. The clearing and digitalisation work shall be carried out in the tenderer's premises. Sandnes municipality's employees shall have continual access to the case archive during the clearing/scanning process, through a web based access system. An option shall also be offered for continued use of the access system.
