The subject of the contract is the construction of the system of public registers in tourism (SRwT) under the POPC Project "Open data plus" - Project to modernize registers in tourism.

As part of the task, the contractor will perform, design and implement a system of tourist registers in accordance with the attached system description, perform documentation, delivery and commissioning on the technical and system infrastructure indicated by the contracting authority, and conduct system training.

As part of the task, the contractor will perform, design and implement a system of tourist registers in accordance with the attached system description, perform documentation, delivery and commissioning on the technical and system infrastructure indicated by the contracting authority, and conduct system training.

The subject of the contract will be implemented in the following stages:

1) Stage 1 - preparation of the initial SRwT project together with a detailed design of the internet system and prototype and submission to the orderer for approval, including:

a) Preparation of the document "Order Implementation Plan" according to the requirements specified in the Description of the Object of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ),

b) Preparation of the "Technical Design" document, according to the requirements specified in OPZ.

2) Stage 2 - delivery, installation and configuration of SRwT on the technical and system infrastructure indicated by the contracting authority, including preparation of as-built documentation according to the requirements specified in OPZ.

3) Stage 3 - developing and conducting training on SRwT.

After the end of Stage 3, the Contractor will provide the Employer with comprehensive SRwT support services consisting in ensuring system continuity and security of processed data, as well as its maintenance, removal of critical defects and errors and introducing modifications to SRwT resulting from changes in generally applicable law, as well as the Employer's needs for a minimum period of 3 years

From the end of Stage 3 (the period of support will be determined by the Contractor in the submitted offer).
