The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate located in the commune and city of Żuromin. The contractor is obliged to:

a) collection, transport and waste management:

- from owners of residential properties (collection of mixed municipal waste and collection of separately collected waste) including collection of waste in the form of a mobile selective collection point

- from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Brudnice and from the so-called nesting points for selective waste collection

b) residential equipment:

- in a single-family housing - a set of 5 types of bags for separately collected waste and a container for collecting green waste and ash

- in multi-family housing and nesting points - in containers for selective collection

c) equipping a mini pharmacy in the cities of Żuromin with an appropriate container for expired medicines

1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune and city of Żuromin. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to

a) collection, transport and waste management:

- from owners of residential properties (collection of mixed municipal waste and collection of separately collected waste), including collection of waste in the form of a mobile selective collection point,

- from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Brudnice and from the so-called nesting points for selective waste collection.

b) residential equipment:

- in single-family housing - a set of 5 types of bags for separately collected waste and a container for collecting green waste (in the period V-IX) and ash (in the period X-IV)

- in multi-family housing and nesting points - in containers for selective collection

c) equipping at least one pharmacy located in the city of Żuromin with an appropriate container for expired medicines

2. Types of municipal waste covered by the contract:

a) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste

b) Paper - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste

c) Glass - waste from glass, including packaging waste from glass

d) Metals and plastics - metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste

e) Green waste - municipal waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens

f) Biodegradable waste (kitchen and food waste)

g) Furniture and other bulky waste

h) Construction and demolition waste

i) Waste electrical and electronic devices including devices containing freons, waste batteries and accumulators

j) Used tires

k) Ash

l) Expired medicines

3. The Contractor is obliged to collect from the resident property owners any amount of municipal waste collected and to perform the subject of the contract ensuring minimal nuisance to property owners.

4 The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installations to which the collected waste will be transferred - mixed municipal waste and green waste.

5. Amount of waste for 2019

Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 3 800 Mg

Paper - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste - 15 Mg

Glass - waste from glass, including packaging waste from glass - 80 Mg

Metals and plastics - metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste - 40 Mg

Green waste - municipal waste constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens - 100 Mg

Biodegradable waste (kitchen and food waste) - 20 Mg

Furniture and other bulky waste - 80 Mg

Construction and demolition waste - 20 Mg

Waste electrical and electronic devices, including devices containing freons, waste batteries and accumulators - 10 Mg

Expired drugs and chemicals - 0.20 Mg

Used tires - 10 Mg

Ash - 250 Mg

The amount of waste has been accepted on the basis of data from the last 12 months, the amount may change, among others due to changes in the declarations.

6. On the basis of art. 29.3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by a contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities listed below during the performance of the contract:

- servicing vehicles adapted to receive and transport mixed and segregated municipal waste (drivers and employees operating the vehicle). Detailed requirements are set out in point 8 of the ToR.
