The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices along with the lease of equipment for the Nicolaus Copernicus Provincial Multidisciplinary Centre of Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

In Appendix 2, the Contracting Authority specified the conditions strictly required that must be met by the offered subject of the contract.

An offer can be made for all or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted to all items. The Contracting Authority shall not allow tenders for items within the package.
