Purchasing promoter provides for the purchase of medical equipment which may consist of such as medical ventilators, operating lamps, vital function monitors, surgery kits, defibrillators, electrocardiographs, laparascopic kits, artificial lung ventilation apparatus, MRI, medical tables, X-ray machines, ultrasound machines, thermometers, ophthalmology kits, glucometers, freezers, hospitalization equipment, medical furniture. Dentistry equipment will not be purchased.

The procurement aims to implement the European Peace Instrument as provided for in Decision No 2021/509 of the Council of the European Union of 22 March 2021 establishing a European Peace Instrument and repealing Decision (CFSP) 2015/528.
