Carshalton College is seeking to replace its existing construction and technology centre. Proposals comprise the consolidation of construction engineering and motor vehicle areas into a single central location. The scheme comprises a part two, part three storey building of 3,440m2 (GIA) on the north eastern part of the site. Piled foundations will be used with a concrete and steel frame.
