This contract is a global sectoral contract pursuant to Article L.2171-5 of the French Public Procurement Code, awarded in accordance with a procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L.2124-1, L2124-3, R.2124-1, R.2124-3, R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the French Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is the design, construction and layout of the emergency department. The estimated overall cost of the contract is €9,900,000 excluding VAT (September 2023 value), including the fees of the designers, the design offices and the building works for all trades, all the building equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the real estate operation, the connection works with the existing buildings and all the restructuring work resulting from the location of the building on the site, Roads and highways (surroundings of the building and fire engine)
Design, construction and development of the new emergency department at the Centre Hospitalier Jean Leclaire.
The estimated value below is the estimated overall cost of the contract.
The duration mentioned is the maximum total duration of the contract, with a ceiling not to be exceeded, broken down as follows:
- Design phase: 10 months including validation periods
- Construction phase: 22 months including (EXE studies, site preparation, holidays and acceptance)
- 12 months' guarantee of perfect completion from the date of acceptance of the work or the lifting of the last reservation, whichever is later.
However, the candidate may propose a period shorter than the contract deed, the contractual duration of the contract, for which the candidate will undertake to respect.
