The Procurement Co-operation for the Fire Service consists of the following 6 fire and rescue services:

1. Oslo kommune, the Agency for Fire and Rescue Services

2. Follo Fire Service IKS

3. Nedre Romerike Fire and Rescue Service IKS (inter-municipal company)

4. Asker og Bærum Fire Service IKS

5. The Drammen Region Fire Service IKS

6. The Moss region intermunicipal Fire and Chimney Sweeping Service

The purpose of the Procurement Co-operation for the fire services is to create a framework agreement with a tenderer for each product type and standardise and increase the efficiency of purchasing of protective clothing. The same tenderer can writer several framework agreements.

Product types are:

— Rescue coveralls

— Emergency response jacket and trousers

— Underclothing

— Fire boots for smoke divers

— Lighter weight fire boots

— Smoke diver gloves

— Smoke diver helmet.
