The subject of the contract is: The subject of the contract is a service for the collection of municipal waste from the commune of Głogów Małopolski originating from real estate where residents do not reside, and municipal waste is generated along with the management of waste selectively collected in the period from 2.1.2020 to 31.12.2023 r.

1. The subject of the contract is: The subject of the contract is a service for the collection of municipal waste from the commune of Głogów Małopolski originating from real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated along with the management of waste selectively collected in the period from 2.1.2020 to 31.12 .2023

2. The service of collecting municipal waste from the area of the Głogów Małopolski commune originating from real estate where residents do not reside and municipal waste is generated along with the management of selectively collected waste, includes:

1) collecting municipal waste (in accordance with the Rules of maintaining cleanliness and order in force in the Głogów Małopolski commune, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) in force during the term of the contract) in the following fractions:

a) paper and cardboard,

b) glass,

c) plastic,

d) metal (cans, small scrap),

e) multi-material packaging,

f) bio waste,

g) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;

2) management of segregated municipal waste;

3) transport for the purpose of managing the collected municipal waste mixed to the appropriate installation indicated by the Employer, which will be located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (hereinafter referred to as the "Indicated Installation").

3. The area of the Głogów Małopolski commune is 144.77 km 2 .

4. The expected number of serviced uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated is - 404 (including 76 uninhabited real estate collecting waste in a non-selective manner).

5. The data provided in point 4 may change during the term of the contract. The estimate of the change in the number of properties should be taken into account when preparing the offer.

6. The amount of waste generated in the commune is not dependent on the Employer. It is assumed that the amount of municipal waste intended for collection and transport during the time of the contract is about 6,000.00 Mg.

3. A detailed description of the Object of the Order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

4. The Contractor may make a site visit within the service area before submitting the offer (date of the site visit to be agreed upon a written request or by phone).
