The subject of the Order is:

Task No 1: “Receiving transport and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the residents of the city of Hajnówka reside”

Task No 2 BC “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste accepted at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Hajnówka”.

1. Receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners on which residents reside, in single-family and multi-scale development, broken down into fractions:

1) paper- waste from paper including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,

2) metals and plastics- metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste,

3) glass- glass waste, including glass packaging waste,

4) biodegradable waste (biowaste),

5) ash, slag,

6) Bulk waste, housing equipment and exploited electrical and electronic appliances and RTVs, which, because of its size, cannot be collected in typical containers or waste bags.

2. Receiving, transporting and landscaping of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, in single-family and multi-scale development;

3. Equipment of property inhabited with equipment (containers, containers and bags) for collecting municipal waste selectively collected;

4. Equipment of property inhabited with equipment (containers, containers) for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

5. Washing and disinfecting containers and containers intended for the collection of waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners, however, not less than three times year, in the months of March-April, June-July and September- October.

6. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect waste collected in containers owned by property owners and in containers/containers owned by property managers if they are equipped for mechanical landing and meet the requirements laid down in the Terms and Conditions maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the City of Hajnówka and are in the appropriate technical condition.
