Hjørring Municipality's tender for the delivery of a total purchase of 1200 emergency call devices (starter kits) to citizens in their own homes and then one-off purchases of emergency call devices during the remainder of the contract period.
The call for tenders shall be conducted as an open invitation to tender in accordance with Annex II. Notice of section 56 of the Danish Public Procurement Act (hereinafter "the Public Procurement Act")1 pursuant to the contract notice published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, which means that anyone who is not covered by the grounds for exclusion cf. point 6 and meets any minimum requirements may submit a tender.
Based on this tender, a contract will be concluded, which is expected to enter into force on 1 September 2023.
The contract is valid from September 1, 2023 until August 31, 2027, with the option of option 2 x 12 months, after which it lapses without further termination.
