As part of the Action Cœur de Ville program and the fight against urban wasteland, SAUMUR HABITAT plans to reuse the old CHARDEAU clinic located in the center of Saumur and abandoned for years to create social housing with premises of tertiary activities.

The contract will be concluded with a project management team that presents the necessary skills in heavy rehabilitation, thermal, fluids, structure, acoustics, construction economy and OPC.

The share of the estimated financial envelope for the works is €2,109,852 excluding VAT.
