Object planner for the new construction of accommodation building II

The scope of this award procedure includes service phases 3 to 8.

The construction project includes the demolition of the existing building as well as the new construction of the accommodation building for 76 soldiers subject to accommodation. The troop accommodation is to be provided as individual accommodation in accordance with the accommodation standard GIF TrUkft (area regulation C1-1810/0-6002).

On the ground floors and upper floors, in addition to the accommodation rooms, there are also common rooms and ancillary rooms such as warehouses, kitchenettes and drying rooms.

For the implementation planning, an approved ES-Bau in EW construction quality is available. However, as things stand at present, adjustments must be made in the area of scheduling and cost planning. In addition, the floor plans must be adapted to the "new" parlour standards and the building should meet the energy efficiency requirements EGB 40.

As part of the construction project, a disclosure procedure will be carried out.
