Seminars on health

The subject of the award is to nominate one bidder or one trainer per lot for the conception and implementation of the seminars on the topics:

"Leadership and Health" (Lot 1),

"Stress Management Training: Working Calmly and Healthy" and "Managing Emotions Wisely" (Lot 2),

Such as

"Staying mentally healthy and physically fit" (Lot 3).

All employees should have the opportunity to attend the seminars of lots 1, 2 and 3 independently of each other.

Seminar series: "Leadership and Health"

The following seminar will be advertised in a lot, as the manager's duty of care towards the employees is an essential component. In addition, the seminar will deal with the topic of mental stress.

Seminar series: "Leadership and Health"

The seminar on "Leadership and Health" will cover the following contents:

- Healthy self-management and employee management at a distance

- Forms of mental illness and their development

- Detect overload signals

- Relationship between overwork and burnout

- Dealing with perceived stress

- Mental hygiene: clearing your head

- Limiting beliefs

- Excursus: Dealing with addiction

- Perceive and address problems

- Conversation: What to say? What doesn't?

- Appreciative leadership as a health resource

- In the crisis: Dealing with employees after negative life events and subjective overloads

- After the crisis: Returning employees after a period of illness

In addition to the theoretical basics, the seminar will focus on practice-oriented examples and practical exercises in which the participants will reflect.

The seminar is intended to be held only for executives.

Day 1: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Day 2: 08:00 a.m. to approx. 11:30 a.m.

Start and end (online seminars):

Day 1: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Day 2: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

It is assumed that three seminars will be offered annually.

This amount is only an estimate for this type of seminar based on the needs of previous years. There is no minimum purchase obligation on the part of the client.

Seminar Series 1: Stress Management Training: Working Calmly and Healthy and Seminar Series 2: Managing Emotions Wisely

The following seminars will be advertised in a lot, as stress management skills and dealing with emotions in stressful situations are the core of both seminars. Similar causes are considered. It is important to us that the same approaches are conveyed when reflecting on and developing new ways of thinking and behaving, and that the trainer can recognize contextual contexts or deal with similar questions or problems consistently.

Seminar Series 1: Stress Management Training: Working Calmly and Healthy

The seminar on "Stress Management Training: Working Calmly and Healthy" will cover the following contents:

- Interesting facts about stress: what is it and what are its effects?

- Excursus: Digital stress

- Theories for strengthening one's own resilience and stress management

- Causes of internal imbalance and incorrect strain

- Analysis of one's own handling of stressful situations and the consequences

- Cognitive stress management: Recognizing stress-promoting thought patterns and replacing them with positive attitudes

- Exercises and methods to strengthen resilience and develop stress management skills

- Short-term emergency measures and long-term anti-stress strategies

- The principle of "mindfulness" and mindfulness guidance as the basis of stress management

- Relaxation techniques for effective stress reduction

In addition to the theoretical basics, the seminar will focus on practice-oriented examples as well as practical exercises in which a reflection of the

participants.

The seminar should be accessible to both employees and managers.

The seminar on "Controlling emotions wisely" will cover the following contents:

- What motivates us: Desired feelings of pleasure and unwanted feelings of pleasure

- Basic Feelings: Meaning and Purpose

- The mind and the unconscious as cooperation partners

- Emotional causes of destructive behaviors

- How negatively associated emotions can be used constructively

- Working with the affect balance

- How to get out of harmful habits

- Develop helpful automatisms

- Negative and positive beliefs

- Take the drama out of unpleasant feelings

- The Art of "Switching": Emotional Dialectics

- (For executives:) How do I manage to differentiate myself emotionally?

The seminar on "Staying mentally healthy and physically fit" will cover the following contents:

- Self-care: inner attitude and inner balance

- Activation of inner resources and self-motivation

- Perceived burden and evaluation of stress

- Confident handling of setbacks and failures

- Effective techniques from A for "switching off after work" to Z for "time and satisfaction despite high stress"

- Healthy and efficient in the (digital) office

- Breaking out of habits

- The principles of healthy eating

In addition to the theoretical basics, the seminar will focus on practice-oriented examples and practical exercises in which the participants will reflect.

The seminar should be accessible to both employees and managers.
