The purpose of this contract is to carry out restructuring work on the Lycée Jules Ferry and Georges Cormier in Coulommiers (77). The work will take place on an occupied site and in particular during the periods of operation of the school. The works contract is for a general contractor or a group of companies. An initial consultation was launched according to the procedure with negotiation organized according to Articles L.2124-3, R. 2124-3 4°, and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contracting authority declared no further action to be taken on that consultation due to a change in need. This first consultation is being relaunched with the present consultation under the open tendering procedure

The purpose of this contract is to carry out restructuring work on the Lycée Jules Ferry and Georges Cormier in Coulommiers (77). The Jules Ferry and Georges Cormier comprehensive high school in Coulommiers, located on a site of approximately 11.5 hectares, is composed of 28 buildings of different sizes and types, following a complex spatial organization.- Thus, the operation includes in particular: the construction of a new workshop for the maintenance of private vehicles and premises common to the road trades,- the demolition of the former maintenance workshop for private vehicles (building H), including the ancillary premises forming the current entrance sequence (courtyard common to building I, toilets, bicycle room, dressing room, garage).- the construction of a building known as the "main entrance" in place of building H and the courtyard. In particular, it will include reception rooms, including a multi-purpose room, and the management rooms, the students' foyer, the medico-social centre, the administration, the CDI and teaching premises, - the construction of the entrance sequence and the forecourts, - the partial restructuring of buildings C1, C2, A and I, - the thermal renovation of buildings A and I, - the dismantling of buildings F and the Q building, the development of building B, the improvement of flow management by the creation of a vehicle access road from rue Maurice Sujet, located north of the school. The new buildings to be created represent a floor area of approximately 10,000 square metres, distributed as follows: approximately 2500 square metres for the new maintenance workshop and approximately 7500 square metres for the entrance building. The existing buildings being renovated have a floor area of approximately 6000 square metres. The buildings to be demolished cover an area of about 6000 square meters
