Service package 2 - optional (planning according to §2 AHO booklet no. 9 and AHO booklet no. 19)

2.1 Task

SMO intends to commission project management services for the new construction of the light rail headquarters. On the part of the contractor, close coordination should take place between the representatives of the city of Regensburg (Office for New Light Rail Construction, Public Procurement Office, etc.), the AG, the SMO and the project management from the Real Estate Management division.

The subject of the contract are project management services in accordance with the performance profile according to issue no. 9 and 19 of the AHO expert commission "Project Management" (hereinafter: AHO issue no. 9 and 19).

Individual services are to be transferred to the project controller in accordance with the service description (Annex 08) in project stages 0 to 2 (concept phase, project preparation, planning) in the 5 areas of action (A) organisation, information, coordination and documentation, (B) qualities and quantities, (C) costs and financing, (D) deadlines, capacities and logistics, (E) contracts and insurance.

2.2 Projektstufen

The contractor is commissioned in stages (see PS contract):

- Service package 1 (concept phase and project preparation according to § 2 AHO booklet no. 9 and 19)

- Service package 2 (planning according to § 2 AHO-Heft Nr. 9 und 19)

2.3 Vertragstermine

The following contract dates are specified in the contract PS:

Start of services until the latest: on the day of placing the order

Handover of rough cost calculation: 30.10.2023

Decision to continue the project in the SBA: December 2023

Completion of requirements and operational planning: 26.10.2023

Completion of service package 1 31.12.2023

Completion Lph. 1-2 Preliminary planning until 30.09.2024

Completion Lph. 3 Design planning until 29.08.2025

Completion Lph. 4 Approval planning by 30.10.2025
