Guldborgsund Spildevand A / S, Guldborgsund Varme A / S and Guldborgsund Vand A / S (hereinafter collectively referred to as "contracting entities") have a need for care for the contractor's green areas and fortified areas in connection with the contractor's treatment plants, pumping stations, rainwater basins, waterworks, boreholes, centers and certain administrative buildings.

Therefore, in order to ensure care, the client wishes to enter into one contract with one supplier, who will take care of the green areas and fortified areas.

The contract is signed for a period of 2 years with the possibility of renewal for 2 x 12 months.

The contract contains elements of a framework agreement, whereby the contracting entity can purchase the supplier's assistance to the extent that the contractor's need arises under 7 options. However, the contracting entity considers that the primary object of the contract is not a framework agreement.

To ensure care, the client wants to enter into one contract with one supplier, who will take care of the green areas and fortified areas.

The contract is concluded between the contracting entity and the supplier for a period of 2 years with the possibility of renewal for 2 x 12 months. The contract contains elements of a framework agreement in which the contracting entity can purchase the supplier's assistance to the extent that the contractor's need arises in accordance with options 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. However, the contracting entity considers that the primary object of the contract is not a framework agreement.

The supplier must (for a fixed annual sum) manage the operation, maintenance and care of the green areas, which are described in Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C.

In addition, the contract contains the following options, which the contracting entity can utilize in whole or in part, if there is a change in the scope of the work as described in Annex A, Annex B and Annex C, if the contracting entity needs the supplier's services at sites other than those which are listed in Annex A, Annex B and Annex C, or if the weather causes snow clearing and / or salting:

- Option 1: Operation / management of grassland,

- Option 2: Operation / care of hedges and fences,

- Option 3: Operation / care of coatings,

- Option 4: Winter maintenance.

In addition, contracting entities with option 5 have the opportunity to purchase the supplier's assistance in connection with the recovery of delay pools.

The client (Guldborgsund Spildevand A / S) is also in the process of renovating 4 treatment plants, which are expected to be delivered during 2021 and 2022, and in the process of establishing 12 delay pools, which are expected to be commissioned during 2021. The client has option 6 (the delay basins) and option 7 (the purification plants) the opportunity to purchase care for the green areas and fortified areas in connection with the purification plants and the delay basins when the need arises, ie. when the treatment plants and delay pools are commissioned by the contracting authority.

The contract is expected to enter into force on 1.5.2020 and will run until 30.4.2022. The contract can be extended for 2 x 12 months.

The contract is offered as a public tender in accordance with sections 56-57 of the Tendering Act.
