The municipality of Heerenveen has launched a restricted European tender for Project Management Services (TN412422). On 7 September 2023, it was established that there was a discrepancy between the Selection Guideline and the deadline mentioned on TenderNed for closing the safe for submitting an Application. On TenderNed, the vault closed at 0:00 on 7 September 2023, while the Selection Guidance stated that the vault would close on 7 September 2023 at 12:00. Candidates who wanted to submit a request for Application before 12:00 on Thursday morning, September 7, 2023, were surprised by this situation. The municipality of Heerenveen regrets the situation that has arisen and caused panic and apologizes for this.
The municipality of Heerenveen has decided to terminate the TN 412422 procedure early and – only as a remedy option – to start a new procedure, so that Applications can still be submitted via TenderNed.
