Forskningsrådet, ved Område for analyse og porteføljestyring, Avdeling for strategi og evaluering (the Research Council of Norway c/o the Section for Analysis and Portfolio Management, Department of Strategy and Evaluation), invites tenderers to participate in a contest for follow-up evaluation of the introduction of portfolio management in the Research Council of Norway.

The purpose of the procurement is to give the Research Council of Norway answers on how the portfolio management contributes to the Research Council of Norway's goal achievement at the overall level with the implementation of portfolio management and in daily operation.

Furthermore, it is a goal that the follow-up evaluation will give the Research Council of Norway a basis for further development of portfolio management through analysing work processes and organisation and make proposals for improvements.

The estimated value over the entire duration of the contract (including VAT) is NOK 1 800 000.
