Participation agreement to the complementary social protection for the risk foresight. Each territorial public employer enters into a specific agreement with the same insurer for the 3 entities. As a result, the call for competition concerns 3 participation agreements.

Purpose of the agreements: to provide the staff concerned with the optional benefit guarantee. This provident cover must comply with the principles of solidarity laid down by Decree No 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011.

Staff interested in the agreement: civil servants, trainees, public and private law agents working under the territorial public employer.

Guarantees of additional social protection requested (within the meaning of Article 2 of Article 2 of Decree No 2011-1474 of 8.11.2011): Provident risk.

Value of the monthly participation paid to the member agents: EUR 10.

Brief description of the conventions:

- nature: the agreement defines the modalities for the participation of territorial public employers in the provident cover,

- duration: 6 years from 1.1.2020,

- terms of remuneration of the agreements: the provider invoices the amount of the contributions to the employer concerned,
