A framework agreement is made between the 4 lowest-cost bidders for both regions.
Southern areaThe acquisition will include staff rental services at Lion Catering Oy's Southern Region offices.
Temporary workers, as a rule, are required for a restaurant worker, chef and waitress
assignments. Task profiles and requirements for temporary workers have been opened
Annex 2 to the call for tender. Estimate job allocation, restaurant workers 70%, chefs & commissary workers 20% and waitresses and 10%.
The attached hours worked 2019-2021 receives an estimate of the distribution of hours worked between different offices.
Estimates are estimates of the time of competition and should be taken as information facilitating the bid.
The buyer cannot commit to the quantities of services to be obtained.
Acquisition is subject to a framework arrangement by region (North & South) with four suppliers. As a rule, the services are acquired from the bidding operator. If the winning supplier is unable to deliver the desired services or there are any deviations in the quality of the services, the next preferred supplier shall be obtained. If this is not able to produce the required services, then purchase services from the third least expensive supplier.
The supplier must be able to provide a minimum of 1 whole region (South or North)
The contract period is from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023. The contract may be extended
as an option from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
If the product or service offered does not correspond to the intended one, the contracting entity shall withhold
the right to suspend the procurement procedure in part or all.
