The subject of the request is a framework contract for the provision of planning services with a focus on "radiation protection, clearances and disposal documentation" for the dismantling project of the Rheinsberg nuclear power plant (KKR). We are looking for a contractor who will support the KKR project management team with regard to all questions relating to radiology / radiation protection / dismantling and disposal logistics.

The aim of this contract is to have the contractor carry out verifiable planning services in the field of "radiation protection, clearances and disposal documentation" for the dismantling of buildings and structures in the KKR at the request of the AG.

The following individual services are to be provided depending on the project requirements and in the context of individual orders for the KKR project management:

- Planning, preparing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of radiological examinations or measurement programs,

- Participation in the creation, implementation and evaluation of measurement programs for radiological preliminary exploration within the scope of clearance measurement procedures,

- Continuation of processing as well as new creation of clearance measurement campaigns in accordance with §§ 31-42 StrlSchV, with implementation of an optimized procedure,

- Collaboration in the documentation and evaluation of analysis results and measured values,

- Creation of operating, radiation protection and technical instructions as well as technical reports,

- Creation / planning control of application documents relating to radiation protection (work flow or step-by-step plans, radiation protection considerations for notifications of changes, dismantling and release concepts),

- Development of concepts and instructions for the implementation of requirements and instructions from licensing procedures for the disposal of radioactive residues and waste,

- Creation of disposal documentation for the various disposal goals,

- Independent implementation of the IWRS II guideline for individual projects,

- Assistance to the project management-KKR in radiological questions e.g. B. to maintain the quality of the execution of statements in the various application documents, execution monitoring, etc.,

- Participation in technical discussions with authorities and experts.
