The purpose of this public contract is the development, graphic design, hosting, operation and maintenance of the institutional website of the Court of Cassation. It includes both fixed and non-fixed services on purchase orders.

- the flat-rate services are as follows: construction of the website (UX design, refinement of the backlog, development, data transfer);

- website hosting (hosting construction and third-party operational maintenance);

- website maintenance (corrective maintenance, upgradeable maintenance as part of the annual 24-day man package, maintenance in safety condition);

- the participation of the holder in the animation of the site;

- initial training related to the construction of the site;

- the acquisition and support of any licenses provided by the holder.

The non-package services on the order form are:

- non-fixed evolutionary maintenance,

- adaptive maintenance,

- additional training on request,

- reversibility.

The content, the methods of execution of each of the fixed and non-fixed services as well as the technical elements, are specified in the Specifications of specific technical clauses (CCTP1 and CCTP2).
