SCHOOL DELIVERY SERVICES WITH REDUCED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT KINDERGARTENS AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GIULIANOVA AA.SS. 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026. - CIG: 8878494D04

Open procedure for the procurement of the school fection service with reduced environmental impact relating to kindergartens and primary schools in the municipality of Giulianova for 5 school years. Awarding criterion: more economically advantageous offer based on the best quality/price ratio.

The subject of this contract is the school service with a reduced environmental impact aimed at pupils of Colleranesco, Via Gobelli, Annunziata and Don Milani kindergartens and schools Full-time primary Braga and Don Milani located in the Municipality of Giulianova, as well as authorized personnel operating in the aforementioned school complexes, namely teachers and ATA staff. To guarantee the service covered by the contract, the Municipality of Giulianova has n. 4 (four) cooking points, located as follows:

— n. 1 at Don Milani Childhood/Primary School;

— n. 1 at the Via Gobelli Kindergarten;

— n. 1 at the Annunziata Kindergarten;

— n. 1 at the Colleranesco Kindergarten.

The pupils, teachers and ATA staff of the Braga Primary School, have their meal at the refectory of the Annunziata Kindergarten.

In particular, the service is divided into the following phases:

— purchase and storage of foodstuffs;

— preparation, cooking and administration of daily meals, equipment in the refectory, clearing, reordering and cleaning of the furniture and everything used for the execution of the service covered by the procurement;

— maintenance of the equipment provided by the Municipality of Giulianova in the cooking centers necessary for the preparation and cooking of meals, replacement of dishes that may deteriorate during the contract , supply of all consumables including detergents, tablecloths, napkins and anything else needed to perform the service;

— separate collection of waste produced in accordance with the procedures in force within the municipal territory and which will be communicated by the Customer to the winning bidder, as well as the transport of the same in special containers for separate collection;

— request and management of all authorizations, licenses, permits required by current regulations for the manipulation and delivery of meals;

— what is further necessary for the performance of the service, in particular, implementation of all security measures for the management of risk from SARS infection — cov 2 as long as the state of health emergency.
