1. The subject of the Order is the provision of non-cash purchase of fuel and non-fuel products and services using fleet cards.

2. The non-cash purchase of fuel products, non-fuel products and services, hereinafter collectively referred to as "products and services", shall concern:

(1) fuel products:

(a) unleaded petrol,

(b) diesel fuel,

(c) liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

2. non-fuel products:

(a) engine oils,

(b) consumables,

(c) operating fluids,

d) car cosmetics,

(e) petroleum products,

(f) AdBlue;

3) services:

a) car wash,

(b) vacuuming,

(c) toll motorway journeys.
