The construction and real estate management in Odenwaldkreis intends to re-award maintenance cleaning at the Georg-August-Zinn-Schule Reichelsheim from 01.06.2022 for a period of one year with the option of extending it for another year at a time.

Since this property is a cooperative comprehensive school with upper secondary school with the resulting special operational conditions of school operations, cleaning work may be carried out mainly outside school hours from about 4 pm, according to the specifications of the construction and real estate management Odenwaldkreis, BIMO for short (client ) can be carried out.

1.3 The property is located on a plot of approx. 44300 m² and consists of five separate building parts that are not connected to each other. The use of an elevator is only possible in the N building.

1.4 All personnel employed to handle the work involved must, before commencement of activities, be required, in accordance with Section 1 of the Act on the Formal Obligation of Non-Civil Servants (Commitment Act) of March 2, 1974 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. I S. 469, 547) in the version currently in force.

All materials, cleaning and cleaning equipment must be provided by the contractor.
