The subject of the tender is the assumption of the economic management (management) for a medical care center according to § 95 Abs. 1 a SGB V in the form of a management contract including the provision of management. Management services are transferred in the form of a service contract. For this purpose, the city of Bad Bramstedt, the sole shareholder, founded the medical supply center of the city of Bad Bramstedt gGmbH. To this extent, the tendered service includes the economic management of a medical supply center with a subsidiary branch.

The purpose of the management contract is the economic / commercial management of the municipal medical care center operated by the gGmbH in accordance with the stipulations of the gGmbH social contract in the currently valid version by the management. It is intended to secure four health insurance approvals for primary care. The gGmbH will purchase these seats. The services advertised here are only awarded on the condition that the gGmbH is assigned the seats by the KVSH. The management is responsible for managing the MVZ in the coming years in such a way that the city no longer needs to pay any subsidies.
