This framework agreement concerns the provision of a collaborative "business" management platform for the validation and signature of subcontractor approvals, accessible online in a secure manner in SaaS mode

allowing:

Centralization of all subcontracts by operation

the signing of the special subcontracting deeds resulting from the contracts of the above operation

in Optional Tranche: the signature of all works/service contracts related to operations.

This instalment may or may not be consolidated within the time limit of the contract.
