The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply and installation of kitchens.

This tender concerns the conclusion of four-year framework agreements on the supply and installation of kitchens for social housing organisations affiliated with AlmenProcurement.

The tender includes both urgent tasks as well as smaller and larger planned maintenance projects.

This may include the supply and installation of kitchens in connection with both moving out and collective disposal (improvements paid for over the tenants' rent).

The contracts will be concluded with AlmenProcurement, as an overall framework agreement (hereinafter the "Framework Agreement"). The framework agreement can be used by the organisations, including administrative organisations, housing organisations and departments, listed in Appendix 1.

The expected and maximum value of the Framework Agreement is calculated at DKK 25,000,000 excl. VAT. When the maximum value is reached, the maximum value is automatically extended by 50%, unless the Ordering Entity has previously terminated the Framework Agreement.

A framework agreement will be concluded with the four bidders who have delivered the cheapest tenders. The framework agreements will be awarded according to the "cascade model", with the best tender being supplier No 1, the next best tender being supplier No 2, and so on.
