The East Sussex Procurement Hub (ESPH) is working on behalf of Wealden District Council (the lead authority) and Eastbourne Borough Council, Hastings Borough Council, Lewes District Council and Rother District Council to establish contracts with providers for the provision of a series of reviews to help maximise Empty Homes and New Homes Bonus by helping to reduce the number of properties that are empty for more than 6 months.

The contract is for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.

This is a retender of lot 2 of ‘EPSH158 Single Person Discount and Empty Homes Review and New Homes Bonus’, OJEU notice number 2018/S 021-044085. After completing a review of the original tender we have concluded that there was a requirement to reissue and re-tender for Lot 2 Empty Homes Review and New Homes Bonus only.
