Repainting and painting work in buildings.

The Verein Gründungskreis Waldorfschule Mainfranken e. V. is planning a new school building for the Freie Waldorfschule in the Mainauen for classes 1 to 8 including some specialist rooms as well as kitchen and. Canteen.

A new school building (approx. 3,400 m2 GFA) for the Waldorf school is to be built on the site at Ziegelbrunn 10 and 16 (approx. 5,300 m2 within Haßfurt) as a replacement for the existing old school building. During the construction phase, information will be continued in the old building; the old school building will be demolished after the replacement new building has been completed. The upper level with additional specialist rooms is housed in an existing, separate building on the same property and will not be demolished.

The building project is a new school building, 3-storey, but without a basement. The main elevations are:

— OK FFB EC: +/- 0.00 m = 221.15 m above sea level,

— OK FFB 1st floor: + 3.495 m,

— OK FFB 2nd floor: + 6.99 m

- base coat on masonry walls approx. 3000 m²

- Opaque paint on plasterboard ceilings approx. 800 m²

- Painting on concrete ceilings approx. 900 m²

- Hydrophobic treatment of concrete interior walls approx. 1400 m²
